...on your behalf

We help present your brand and devise strategies to strengthen your appeal helping customers see that what you do, is, just what they want.  We speciliase in the three areas we love.

We love People – they are the differentiator. People are the element of branding most likely to powerfully and consistently reinforce your company personality.

We love Property – we apply all our inspirational office interior design expertise, to transform your office into a place that not only looks better, it works better. Inspiring clients from the moment they step in; and ultimately, inspiring your whole business.

We love Products and Services - especially when they benefit the customer.  We work on the appeal of the products or services increasing their visibility and promoting them in all sorts of ways.

How we help

Often Solopreneurs and small business owners don't have (m)any staff to delegate to, our Visibility Action Plans are prepared with our clients making the unachievable seem do-able. Working as ambassadors for the company we can accelerate the rate at which the company's profile is raised and increase the visibility of their products or services in the market place.

VAPs contain 4 major actions:

  • Specific tasks: what will be done and by whom.
  • Time scales: when it will be done.
  • Budget considerations: what specific funds are available for specific activities
  • Future planning considerations
For larger companies we manage special business development projects on short and long term contracts, often working as an integral part of the client's management team.

What our client said:

"I have no hesitation in recommending Carole and her work. She has that special gift of being able to really connect with people on a first meeting. I had the feeling of being held in a safe pair of hands." Irene Brankin, author of The Visible Woman.

“Carole consistently brings an innovative and fresh approach to all that she does. She is a great challenger of convention, shows amazing tenacity in reaching her goals, whilst retaining all of the qualities required to be a person whom it is a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend her enough!”
Paul Westlake Sales Manager, Beacons Business Interiors

"Hot Spot" at The Dental Showcase

British Dental Practice Managers Association (BDPMA) invited Amaranti to be their VIP on the "hot spot" at The Dental Showcase at the NEC.

As an ambassador for the BDPMA we interacted with members and visitors and provided advice to dental health care professionals on the importance of conveying a consistent brand message across the various tools they use in their sales and marketing literature.

The "hot spot" was a follow up to an article written for the BDPMA journal on why their patient-facing staff are vital to practice success and how to deliver what all customers really want; a positive attitude, business with style and pleasant experiences.

Your Projects

... enhancing your property

The first physical point of contact a customer might have with your business is your reception area. A tired or shabby décor and/or furnishings can be detrimental to your business image.

Whether you want simple interiors or striking ones, have clear ideas or want some inspiration, our brand ambassadors provide creative, business specific interior solutions.

Whether it's a refresh or re-fit, whatever your budget, we can provide a look that suits your business personality and one that raises your business profile.

Business fit out and interiors

It has long been recognised that the physical workplace environment can either enhance or impede organisational effectiveness and efficiencies.

Poorly planned office space will inevitably restrict the operational effectiveness of businesses.

On the other hand, a focused holistic approach to understanding how a business operates, and what makes it tick is a fundamental requisite of ensuring that the work-setting fully supports the business needs.

Commercial interior design

Getting this electronic point of sale client's interior design right required an understanding of the organisation itself and the environment it operates within. We needed to pinpoint exactly where their strengths were and how people benefited from their products and the service they offered.

We created the perfect physical space for product innovation, assembly and testing, with an impressive space to demonstrate their products.

This client understood that their brand went much deeper than their company logo and artwork - their interior design needed to reflect the essence of themselves, their values and beliefs and the experiences a customer or supplier would have with them.

Dull corridor transformed

A simple but effective and functional design was required for this heavily used link corridor between two commercial tenanted buildings.

This once dull corridor was refreshed using  the corporate colours of the landlord. The scheme included new carpet tiles, new wall art in refurbished frames and improved lighting.

A key benefit to the tenants was the provision of an informal meeting area and break out zone.

Design wins an eFig interior landscaping award

This design won a European Federation of Interior Landscaping Group Award (eFig) in the Design & Installation Category of £2,500 - £5,000.

This grade A office building benefits from full height glazing over three floors as well as a two storey atrium above the ground floor reception.  The main focal point for the building is a shared reception area.

Amaranti used interior design mood boards and colours from the marketing materials to create a harmonious flow, taking landlord and tenants from concept to the physical environment seamlessly.  We introduced colour to stimulate and add comfort to the area, a crisp sharp look was at the heart of the scheme.

... at exhibitions

Our highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors will articulate, promote and represent your business creating powerful relationships between your brand and your customers.

We can devise and design your exhibition booth as well as 'man' your stand and demonstrate your latest products or services.

What about events?

Face-to-face communication creates a special atmosphere and provides an environment in which unique things can happen, with senior people, that can’t be achieved through other media.

Holding an event can be an extraordinarily cost-effective way of getting your message across to key opinion formers.

Holding an event to promote or launch a product or service is an excellent way to showcase your business. The advantage, to you as the host, is that your business activity has the undivided attention of those who attend including the press and local community.

Benefits of exhibiting

The first benefit is to maximise your presence at any show, reach new buyers, reinforce your brand and gain the all important competitive edge.

Amaranti will show you how to get the right promotional tools to help you grab the attention of your current and new customers.

Amaranti brand ambassadors have attended numerous exhibitions from trade to consumer to B2B venues to promote and sell our clients brand, products or services.

Launch events

Amaranti are known to think "outside the box" when providing ideas for quirky or serious events.

Our client wanted to launch a new and vacant warehouse building to the market so we organised an 'Up, Up and Away' launch actively involving all guests in a competition to see who could land a remote controlled helicopter on the centre of a target.

A pig roast lunch was served by waitresses with a mini remote controlled hot air balloon demonstrated by Exclusive Ballooning.

Why use competitions?

Simple - to build awareness of your business in such a way that's newsworthy and increases people's interest in what you do.

Competitions are used to increase publicity, credibility and the profile of your business. They build a database of valuable contacts for future promotions and communications.

... with discreet research?

Firstly, what is discreet research?  You might be more familiar with these alternatives descriptions; secret shopper or undercover research.

Whatever it is known by, discreet research is a powerful tool to help you understand what it's like to interact with your company from the customer perspective.

Our brand ambassadors gather information and make detailed observations as their research unfolds. This could include recording staff interactions with customers, verification of point-of-purchase material placement, appearance evaluations, product quality and other items requested by our clients.

Who uses discreet research?

Amaranti provide a full range of discreet research services to a variety of industries.
  • Restaurants
  • Hotels
  • Grocery
  • Beauty Salons
  • Fashion stores
  • Product Sales
  • Services and many more
We are often asked to provide feedback using discreet research on competitors of our clients which is used to upscale our client's business performance and improve staff training.

The value of good service

You can't live with it, and you can't live without it. Increasing the quality of service can increase both customer loyalty and employee retention significantly.  There are good people out there who with proper training and support will have the tools they need to give customers what they want and deserve: fantastic service every time.

Companies that will survive in the future are gearing up now to make customer service a priority.  With so much competition out there, companies cannot afford to ignore the importance of serving customers well.

Brand Ambassadors provide an invaluable service to companies as they completely understand the brand values of their clients when they undertaken discreet research assignments.

Induction training

Training is a key element in improving quality of service.

This beauty salon wanted to test the effectiveness of their induction training for therapists. Using discreet research an ambassador experienced various treatments over a period of three months and reported back from a customer perspective. For a truly objective 3rd party report our ambassador had no prior brief.

Customers are five times more likely to switch therapists because of perceived service problems than for price concerns or product quality issues.

Customer services

Having undergone a total refurbishment and invested in customer service training for his staff, this private hotel owner wanted to ensure that his customers were completely satisfied with their stay.
  • The bottom line in customer service is that customers want to feel cared about and respected, and that they are more likely to return if these conditions are met
  • If customer's problems are resolved in a satisfactory manner, they are more likely to return to a business or organization and to be more loyal
  • If satisfied with the service, an average customer's lifetime with an organisation lasts approximately 10 years

... you and your people

Whatever we do in life, the fact is that we are all in the selling business, either directly or indirectly, as we are in effect 'selling' ourselves all of the time.

Although we don't like to think that appearances matter, the fact remains that people react to us based on their perceptions.  Using visual signals we put out there, people make assumptions about your competence, personality, habits, tastes, social life and friends.

Research shows that people are more likely to do business with us, promote or even hire us if we look the part. In fact, managing our personal presentation can be an effective leadership tool, like negotiation or strategic thinking.

People make decisions about us based on their first impressions, so it's important to get the personal packaging right.

YOU are your brand

At work, you are the brand. And your look is your personal logo.  Your look should clearly communicate who you are, what you have to offer and where you want to go.  It's up to you to define your identity and determine the best way to express it in your current business environment.

Defining the image you want to project comes from an honest assessment of your role, age, responsibility, levels of client contact, work locations and interactions and your personal preferences.

Being true to yourself can still be achieved while being conscious of your public.  Your customers are looking for a trusted supplier and it's important that business owners and their staff put forth an image of confidence and credibility.

Personal and corporate brands go hand-in-hand

Learning to visually express who you are can positively impact your business career, by the same token, presenting a less-than-professional image can prevent you from accomplishing your business or career goals.

Today, business is emerging from the ultra-casual dress down era with business people seeking looks that reflect their new leadership status.  As organisations grow savvier about managing their brands, they are becoming more sensitive to the way employees impact their corporate brands.

Making an immediate impact is vital. You can learn how to do it in any situation without ever compromising the real you. Be yourself – and be successful.

You are your best product

The way you present yourself to the world is your own personal advertisement, more effective than any business card or brochure.

Branding was once exclusively used in the marketing and advertising world. They developed packaging, images, logos and product messages that would encourage us to buy.

Without even seeing the brand name of the 'tick' on the right, you immediately recognise it is the NIKE logo.  NIKE doesn't stand for anything. In Greek mythology, Nike was the Greek god of speed. That's NIKE's motto.

Amaranti will help you determine your motto, logo and brand look to create your own personal advertisement and become immediately recognisable.

Dress codes

People make decisions about us based on their first impressions, learning to visually express who you are - highlighting specific characteristics through wardrobe, fit colour and quality - can positively impact your business and career.  By the same token, presenting a less-than-professional image can prevent you from accomplishing your goals.

We look at crucial areas such as formal and casual situations, clothing and accessories, body language and manners, to allow you present a strong, clear identity so people will buy from you.

Clothes are a nonverbal code of communication.  What you wear sends out a signal to others about your image - how you feel about yourself.  so when people ask "Does a professional image at work really matter?" The answer is always "yes."
